How can I access Beam? 

Beam is available through our network of connected payroll partners. You can see a list of all our partners on the Marketplace.

Beam is used directly within our partner’s software. To get started, you’ll just need to complete a quick and easy registration to Beam. Every partner’s integration with Beam is unique, but generally you need to navigate to the integrations section on your payroll software and select “Register with Beam”. Your chosen software provider can provide specific instructions, or you can check out our overview of the 4 steps to complete your registration here. 

How do I resubmit a rejected contribution?

If a contribution is rejected and the payment is returned, you’ll need to repay the contribution. If your payroll system doesn’t allow you to resubmit the contribution immediately, please contact your payroll provider for guidance on how to complete this process. 

My contribution status isn’t changing from “Awaiting Payment”. What does that mean?

If your contribution is showing as “Awaiting Payment”, it means the payment hasn’t matched to your submission. You should: 

• Check that the correct PRN was used 
• If the wrong PRN was used, contact us with the payment details so we can assist 

• If not yet paid, make the payment using the correct PRN 

Unmatched payments (e.g. incorrect PRN or cancelled batch) will be automatically refunded.

Please note, if a payment cannot be matched to a batch – either due to an incorrect PRN or because it was received after the batch was cancelled – the payment will be refunded to you.
