Please find below the cut off dates for batches to be submitted in Beam for the period 1 April – 30 June 2025.

Direct Debit

5 business days, must be submitted by 3:30pm AEST on 21 July 2025

EFT and Bpay®

3 business days, must be submitted and paid by 3:30pm AEST on 23 July 2025

Please be advised that the above is assuming there are no issues with batch submission or payments (e.g. incorrect amounts or payments transferred with incorrect payment reference numbers) and all processes have been followed correctly.

For more information, you should contact your payroll software.
